Brought my 2016 X5 X-Drive here to diagnose and repair a leak, after their comprehensive inspection and testing, the oil pan gasket was the culprit. In short time, they ordered the parts overnight, and repaired the issue very quickly and under quoted price. Every employee, and even the Shop owner are friendly and knowledgeable. If I know anyone in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas with a German car, I will be recommending Alamania for repairs or even general maintenance. Thank you!

I was Quoted $2038 Worth of service ( Idler Pulley & Transfer case fluid Flush). I had brought the car in on a Monday with the expectation it would be serviced by that Friday especially for $2000 bucks. after checking daily about the progress i finally went by the following Monday to see if any work had begun. My car was sitting collecting dust. Needless to say i took it elsewhere Valley BMW of all places ( yes, the dealership!). Valley informed me the Transfer case service for my X drive did not need to be serviced infact, they said it would it potentially cause the x drive system to fail and BMW put out a technical bulletin on that issue. I was quoted $593 out the door for the pulley service ( i saved $1500 and future car troubles by going to the dealership). Not trying to shade this business or anyone here, because i have seen the other good reviews. but to make a long story short, Always get a second opinion.

Stranded w/my ‘09 BMW 335i mid-way from FL to CT leaking a waterfall of coolant and overnighted in Fayetteville. My son in Austin TX searched for area repair shops and found Alemania and they took me at 8:30 AM next morning. Found the culprit hose, found a match from their inventory and installed but told me I shouldn’t leave until they diagnosed the water pump, which is electric and had been running without coolant and have been damaged. An additional 10 minutes on computer diagnostics and all checked out OK. It was under an hour and I was ready to go and confident of the repair. It’s important to note that their expertise is top notch and shop is sterling. Cleanest and best organized shop I’ve seen and a floor so clean you could eat off it. Owner was a dealer service manager for 14 years before going out on his own. He and his crew and office mgr are a rescue squad masquerading as mechanics and I give them an unqualified 5 a star endorsement. If you ride the 95 Corridor or live in the area and own a foreign make - these are the folks you want under your hood. Integrity, fair pricing, personable and really into their craft. GO ALEMANIA AUTOBAHN!

Carlos is the real deal. Very friendly and honest. I took my car in and he had it ready within 2 days. Great pricing for his work, and you can’t beat his 12month warranty.

Professional , great communication , clean shop, very friendly, passionate about what they do . Replaced rocker arms in 550i, repaired blower motor fans , oil pan seals , and installed JB4 tube . All exceptionally well done . Highly recommend.
